How to enable the Yahoo email account?

I need to enable my Yahoo email account. I have been using it for about 10 years now, but, unfortunately, have some problems now. I need to remember my security question to access my email. I have tried getting across to Yahoo customer care but there is no response yet. Can you help me?

Unfortunately, if your account is not configured with a recovery email address or phone number, you can't get access to emails. If you can't contact the support team using the Contact Yahoo Customer Care, try using 0800 031 4243 or +44 (0) 20 7131 1000 phone numbers.
