My Yahoo account is blocked.

My Yahoo account is blocked. I remember the password, the security question and its answer but the system doesn't accept them. I have changed the security question and answer 3 times, but the system keeps asking me the first security question which I added when I created my account. While I'm trying to connect to my account the system gives two options to verify my identity. One of them is Mobile Phone number which is no longer active and the other one is the security question which the system doesn't accept. What can I do?

If the system doesn't accept the password or the answer, open the browser, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete key combination, clear all cache, cookies or temporary Internet files and try again. If it still doesn't work, verify if you entered the correct password and make sure you're using the correct uppercase and lowercase letters.
