Unfortunately, this application was discontinued because the developer got into a law suite. Because of this, there is no way to use the application at this point. However, the same installation package can't be used on all the devices mentioned by you because they use different operating systems, that don't support porting applications from one to another. In order to install the same application on different devices, you need to download appropriate installation package for every one of them. In this matter, I suggest regularly visiting the developer's website, because from there, you will be able to find out more about the state of the application and whether you can use it again or not.
