In order to fix the problems, make sure you are in a place with good signal. If you have signal on your mobile, I recommend you contact your network carrier and ask for the MMS and Internet settings for your device model. You will receive a message containing the package and the installation instructions. If the issues persist, you will need to visit a local service center. Alternatively, you can reset the phone to its factory condition fallowing the instructions that you can find in the mobile's manual.
