According to the specifications provided on the official website, the device works only on Windows XP, Vista, and 7. As you can see, there is no Windows 10 support.
However, in Windows 10, you will have to disable Driver Enforcement, install the driver and reboot.
- Disable Driver Enforcement: Start > Settings > Update and Recovery > Recovery > Advanced Startup > Restart > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Press key 7 > Restart.
Once you are in the desktop, install the driver, connect the device, accept the warning and reboot and you'll have a working device on an officially unsupported environment.
