In order to uninstall the PC Support Agent, you can go to Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs (Windows XP) or Programs and Features (Windows 7), select the program and then click Uninstall. If does not help, you can try to use a third party tool like Revo Uninstaller. This utility was specially designed to force any software to uninstall by wiping all traces of its presence from your computer.
