In order to fix the issue, press Alt + Ctrl + Delete key combination, open Task Manager, click the Processes tab, select the Kaspersky entries and click the End Process button. After that, try uninstalling the application using the normal procedure (Control Panel > Uninstall a program). If it doesn't work, try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system. Also, you can use Kaspersky Removal Tool.
