If you don't remember your Google Account information, navigate to the Recovery page, check the second box, click Next and follow the on-screen instructions. After that, use your account to receive the backup pin code and unlock the Android device. Alternatively, if you have access to Internet, you can download and install Screen Lock Bypass Pro from Google Play Store. This utility will bypass the lock screen and reset/remove your screen lock password, pattern or PIN number.
