When I click on Data and try to copy a DVD Movie to a DVD+R/RW it says unsupported media and OK isn't highlighted. Why? Can this be done?
Unsupported media refers to the disc that you are tying to backup the DVD movie. You will need to change the disc type. DVD-R is the right format you need to use because DVD+R discs are not compatible with most of the DVD writers.
