In order to fix the issue, right-click on your desktop, create a new text document, open it and type 11. After that, select the 11 value, press Ctrl + C key combination, open Windows Password Breaker Professional, select the option that allows you to delete the password and instead of typing 11, click the provided field and press Ctrl + V. If it doesn't help, I suggest you contact the support team.
Alternatively, log in on your computer using the Administrator account, navigate to Control Panel > User Accounts and Family Safety > User Accounts > Manage Accounts, select the 11 account you click Remove the password:
