When printing an email, it only prints half of the left side of the e-mail

When printing, it prints everything OK, but when printing an email, it only prints half of the left side of the e-mail. I have a paper jam. Need instructions on how to get into the copier to remove the paper jam.

To remove the paper jam, turn off the printer then put it on its side. Remove the document cover and follow the instructions below:

1 - Put the printer on its side

2 - Pull the jammed paper slowly while keeping the printer steady.

3 - Put back the components as shown.

On the other side, you might need to calibrate the printer before you can print again your emails. There is a possibility that the email doesn't fit properly so make sure to change the printing format from printer's preferences.
