I have a sheet of paper caught in the printer and I cannot get a hold of it to pull it out. There are no instructions on how to retrieve it. Can you help me?
There are multiple solutions to this problem - you need to visit the Canon Support page to obtain different instructions on how to remove the paper jam. Use the solution that corresponds to where the paper is jammed on.
