In order to fix this issue, there are several things that you should try. You can start by connecting your device to the computer using a USB cable. Start My computer and go to the folder where the Gigabeat room is installed (the default location should be C:\Program Files\Toshiba\Gigabeat Room 2.0\ if you didn't change this during the installation). Select the GBSYSTEM file that is located in the folder that you just opened and copy it to the root of your device. Use "Safely Remove Hardware" option to remove the device from the computer and start it. Your problem should be fixed.
