Online support for MaxiWatch.

Question

I have 64 cameras that are displayed one at a time on the screen. When an alarm is triggered, I am aware of this, but not on which camera, so I have to manually check all of them. Is it possible to make it auto-show itself on the screen?

For example: my screen always shows the first camera, if alarm is triggered on number 35, I need camera 35 to be shown in automatic when it happens. Is there a way to obtain online support for this problem?

There is nothing mentioned on developer's website about this matter. It can't be said for sure if the MaxiWatch application has or hasn't got the ability to automatically shown the camera that had triggered the alarm.
