This little app doesn't open in my Mac OSX 10.7.5.

Just bought this and it doesn't open. What should I do?

Latest version listed (1.1.1) is known to have compatibility with Mac OSX 10.7. There is no other information about 10.7.5. If it's not working, then the application is not optimized for 10.7.5. In case it's not working, you should ask for a refund or something related.
