The application works only wth 6.5 KHz.

I have this on my Sony Xperia Z1. The application works, but only up to 6.5KHz. Above this frequency, it just shows bass noise. Would this be a problem with the microphone or am I missing something? Also the writing is so small I have to use a magnifier to read the tips. Is there something that can be done?

According to its review page from Android Informer, the application has the ability to automatically adjust settings regarding the device on which it is used. This might be the reason why it can only work for 6.5 KHz on your device. Also, there is no way to zoom in the application's tips. The application's functionality can't be changed by regular users, and the developer didn't implement a zoom option.
