Compatibility of the application and user settings.

Question

I noticed on a site that someone commented that it would work on all Android devices, but I don't find a Music Effects choice under Settings -> Sound on my phone. Does that mean it's incompatible or is there another way to activate it? The phone is running Android 4.1.2.

According to its official review page from Google Play, the application is compatible with devices that use Android 4.0.3 or above. It seems that your device is compatible with the application. However, it seems that the application requires Noozy in order to activate the music effects menu. Try to download and install the mentioned application and try again. Your problem should be solved.
