Problem with the colors.

I purchased a Flexiprint SE Rip from Mutoh and basically due to my isolation and a power failure at the critical time, the program was dumped onto my computer and I have been left to it. I have a problem with the color. Is there a way to overcome this issue?

If you experience problems with the program, I strongly suggest that you completely remove it from your system, in order to download and install a newer version. Due to the power failure that you experienced, the installation package might be corrupt, and you should download a new one. To do this, visit the official website of the developer. After you downloaded and installed the new product, you should be able to overcome the color problem.
