Communication problem between microscope camera and computer.

I am using the USFEN DIG camera attached to AP2000MTI Metallurgical Microscope. It has worked well without any problem for about five years now; before this problem manifested 1 month ago. What is the best solution to this problem?

If you encounter communication problems recently, these might be caused by another program that you recently installed on the computer. This program might interfere with the camera. To fix this problem, uninstall any application that you recently installed. Also, it's a good idea to perform a fresh installation of the program together with the camera's driver. To download the most recent release of the driver, visit the manufacturer's website.
