Selecting photographs for saving and printing from pages which contain multiple images of photographs.

Having retired and moved fairly recently, I have found it necessary to put all my photographs on my computer and have used my HP Deskjet 3070A in the SCAN mode to do it.
I put a handful of photographs onto my Deskjet and then scan them. I then use Vivitar Experience to print the individual photographs. There must be a stage which I am missing out because after selecting individual photographs and saving them, it is only the last photograph in the series which is saved and, indeed, is the only photograph with which I can do anything at all. Which part of the process am I missing out?

Yours aye,
Peter Feiler.

I believe the application will overwrite the scans. You should scan and print one item at a time because the application or printer does not support queue printing.
