Is it possible to move 2012 data to 2013 without re-entering data?

At the beginning of each fiscal year I have to re-enter all of my budget strands to the new year. Is it possible to clone this information and only enter the new budget? It seems so counter-productive to re-enter the same information year after year.

If the application allows you to perform backups, you should create a full backup and then import it into the new software or module. When importing you will receive any additional error information about the on-going operation. This is the only way you can test to see if it's working.
