Many thanks to Pete Clapp and answer.informer.com for the helpful link to download the updated software for my camera. However, it looks like each solution breeds new problems. The download has been completed well and installed successfully as it looks, but I still cannot import the pictures from my camera to the ImageBrowser EX for editing. When I click the Camera Icon on the left top corner of the ImageBrowser EX window, I pick the roll down option as Import Images from Memory Card, while the only other option is Transfer Images to Memory Card. After I select the importing option, a small window pops up saying: "No Image to Download from the Memory Card". My camera is connected, but no picture can still be imported. Can you help?

In order to fix the problem, remove the memory card from the camera, wait several seconds, insert it back and try to transfer the photos. If it doesn't work, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers list, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. Reboot the PC, connect the camera using the USB cable and press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager. If it still doesn't work, open the camera drive from My Computer/Computer and transfer the files to your PC manually using Copy/Paste feature. After that, drag and drop the images to ImageBrowser EX and edit them.
