In order to fix the issue, I suggest you remove Kids Cam Sticker Factory from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program), run a registry cleaner from Software Informer database and install it again. If you still can't transfer the photos, connect the camera to your computer using the USB cable and open its drive from My Computer/Computer. After that, you can transfer the photos manually using copy/paste feature. If your computer doesn't recognize the device, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers list, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. Reboot your PC, connect the camera and press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager.
