I have a new ASUS PC running Windows 7 Ultimate and bought a Xfinity 1400va UPS to protect it. I am having trouble installing the WinPower Pro UPS monitoring software, ver. 4.0.0.3 on the disc that came with it. I get a "fatal app error" saying "This app has unexpectedly quit invocation of this java app has caused an invocation target exception. This app will now exit". I cannot get past this point. I tried downloading different versions from your site and get the same result. Do you have a fix for this?
