This application was created for Windows 95 and Windows 3.1 operating systems. It is known that older applications have problems running in new OS versions. For example in this case, the compatibility between your Windows XP and this application is extremely low. Try setting up a compatibility option when you right click the executable file. Select Windows 95 click Apply then try to run the application again.
