Doing an install of Windows 8 64bit and have downloaded siinst on 2nd computer. How do I use it on the computer I am installing Windows 8?
You can install S.I client on all your computers and keep a list of all the applications installed for every computer. Access Software Informer then create a new account and log-in into the client. Perform a refresh and then log-in on the website. Click your profile and there will be the possibility to manage your lists. The latest PC#Number is the list where you installed the client recently. You can manage the lists for every computer to see where applications are out of date. This is a great way to stay updated all the times. I have the client installed on 4 computers and have 4 lists for all the computers to manage my apps and their versions.
