I managed to buy a Samsung Note 2 demo unit which all in all I am delighted with, but I am just wondering if it is possible to download the latest software and increase the memory as it is only 6 GB and I would like to get standard 16 GB?
If you're referring to the internal storage, then it means you will not be able to increase it. The phone should have a micro SD adapter. This means that you can attach a micro SD card to increase the storage of applications.
