Update my phone's OS to Jelly Bean.

I have a Huawei U8836D. But I can't update its OS to Jelly Bean. Is this possible?

The only way to update your phone's OS is by going to menu of the device > Settings > About phone > Software Update > Update. Unfortunately, it seems that your Android device didn't receive an OS update. However, you can try to install a custom ROM on your device with a newer OS version, but the process could harm your phone. You can use Google to find out more about this.
