You will need to have iTunes installed in order to save the files from your iPhone to the PC. First of all, download the iTunes application and install it in case there is none available on your PC. Once the application has been installed, connect your iPhone and wait for Windows to install it. After installation, open iTunes and click on it. Select the Apps > Voice Recorder and the recordings will be listed on the right side of the software. Select the recordings you want to transfer (hold CTRL or SHIFT for multiple selection), then drag and drop them to your desktop and that's it.
