I can't open my external drive locked with File Secure Free.

I locked an external drive with File Secure Free. Now, I can't open it and it says that I have to reformat it. Also, I can't open the program. It says that it is running, but I can't see it anywhere. Can you help?

In order to fix the issue, press Alt + Ctrl + Delete key combination and close any File Secure Free instance using Task Manager. Next, double click its icon and open the software. After that, connect the external drive to your computer, press the Lockup button below File Shredder and then click .
