Please remove iTunes and all its associated components. Bonjour service needs to be re-installed from the main package. Usually, this service can be the cause of all the network problems. You can start it manually from the Services Menu (Start > Run > services.msc).
Once you complete this step, make sure that iTunes is allowed to communicate with Internet, in case you use an Internet Security suite.
