Canon provides drivers and software for all their products. The only logical explanation is the drivers weren't released at the time you accessed the page. In this case, I recommend visiting Canon Support page. Input the model number of your printer and then select the operating system from Drivers and Software. Select the version of your Mac OS X and then select it from the drop down list.
