Canon Pixma MX360 save as PDF

I have a Canon MX360 series multi-function printer. How can I save a document as PDF from the scanner? The only USB connector I can locate on the printer is for the printer cable to connect to my PC by USB, but there does not seem to be a connector on the printer for a USB flash drive. Am I missing the connector?

The scanned files will be saved on PC. When you scan something to PDF, you will have the possibility to save the file on PC. The Scan as PDF option is found on the menu of the printer or you can use it from the software that accompanies the scanner.
