When I was installing Citris Receiver on my Mac it requested my work email address or server address that was provided by IT. I tried my email address to no success and I'm not sure what my server address is or who the IT is.
Citrix Receiver is used to access XenDesktop and XenApp applications. This means that you should contact the IT person of those servers and applications before you can actually use Citrix Receiver. Alternatively, open a support ticket and explain the situation to the developers and support team.
