Tracing over an image in TC v15.2.

I need to trace over an image (a plat map) and don't know how to get the image into the background. Any help?

The first thing you need to do is to load the image in the Preview application. Start the Preview application then load the JPEG file. You don't have to do anything except saving to another format. Use the File > Save as and choose PICT format. After this, you can open the file within the program and trace it as you normally should.
