MRI/CT image tracing

I need a tracing program that will take a MRI/CT image and convert it into a separate line drawing for the purpose of labeling different anatomical regions. Can the heShot do this?

No, the software isn't capable or providing the trace feature because it's just a screen capture software. This means it will capture the desktop or areas you selected to image files. It doesn't have such advanced features to trance MRI/CT images.
