When I try to import neighbors it says that error inserting into DB.

I use version Classic UMTS V15.40.13. I can import engineering parameters and it opens in normal way, but when I try load neighbors it gives an error. I use Windows 10 and also try to use interactive user for Excel, it doesn't help. Please help me!

I advise checking the manual of the file to see the correct procedure, because you might be missing something. I've checked the web and all the available websites, but I couldn't find anything related to this inquiry.

Secondly, if you are on Windows 10, always install the apps with Administrator access, and make sure that the drivers for any of the device attached is either installed with a proper and compatible driver or with the Driver Enforcement disabled.
