Cannot decrypt files on new computer.

My PC with Secret Data Manager died. I cannot decrypt files from my old computer on my new one. Can you help?

Try re-installing the application again and see if it detects your protected folder. If it doesn't then it means that the folder or locked items use a different ID that is not recognized by the application. Bottom line, you cannot unlock it if the locked items are not recognized by the application.
