The application doesn't seem to work.

A couple weeks ago someone called me and had me add Dell Tech Concierge and said it would take care of things better. Well, it doesn't seems to be working. I clicked on it and it said : "Close and Reopen". I've done that several times, but it just keeps displaying the error message. Why is this happening? How can I fix it?

Dell Tech Concierge was developed for Dell users. This application facilitates the way they receive support on their issues. If you have trouble opening the application, try updating its version to the latest one. If this didn't fix your problem, you should use another method from the official website to contact the support department from Dell.
