How can I set the Region Code to 4?

I bought the DVD Writer from Australia and it shows Region 1. How can I set the Region Code to 4? I tried without success to select Australia and Region 4.

In order to fix the issue, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Expand the DVD/CD-ROM drives list, right-click Samsung DVD Writer entry and select Properties. After that press the DVD Region tab, select Australia as country and enter Region 4 as New Region. Click OK and reboot your computer. If it doesn't work, you will need to contact the DVD Writer reseller.
