Using Aastra Connector for screen pops.

I would like to clarify whether this software will allow us to get the DNIS and ANI from an Aastra phone and communicate with our SQL database via LDAP? Please let me know if this is correct. We are trying to do screen pops with our transportation dispatch database system which currently supports TAPI, however, we will be using a hosted pbx for a new call center.

Yes, the phone will allow you to connect to an Aastra phone and it does have LDAP support access to everything you want.
