Connection between the recorder and the PC can't be established.

I have my DVTR-680 connected through the USB port, but my computer shows USB recorder disconnected. I have changed the batteries from the recorder, but cannot get it to show up. How to fix this issue?

You might encounter this behavior due to the fact that you don't have the appropriate drivers installed. To overcome this problem, I strongly recommend that you visit the following page from Software Informer, in order to obtain a download link for the DVTR-680 drivers. After you downloaded and installed those, you should be able to use the Manager on your computer. To obtain the download link, you simply need to press the Download button that is situated under the program's name.
