I can't start Kies on my computer.

When I try to start Kies Air Discovery Service I get the following error message:

"Application Error
Unable to launch the application
Details:
Could not load file/URL specified
C:\Users\owner\App Data\Local\Low\Sun\JavaDeploymentcache6.0435fb8bd2b-3eda83ba"

How can I fix this?

In this situation I suggest you to try reinstalling the software or updating it to the latest released version. You can do this by visiting the official download web-page. You should check if your computer meets the minimum requirements to run this application or not.
