My computer doesn't recognize my Samsung device. The mobile is showing that it is connected with the computer. What can I do?

My computer doesn't recognize my Samsung device. The mobile is showing that it is connected with the computer. What can I do?

First, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Uninstall the drivers from the Universal Serial Bus Controllers section, restart your computer and plug in the device using the USB cable. Windows will automatically find and install the latest drivers available. After that, use Samsung PC Studio or Kies to synchronize the device with your PC.
