I want to calculate the water level time series of ENVISAT data using BRAT. Can you help me?

Basic Radar Altimetry Toolbox is a tool developed by BitRock SL that allows you to read all altimetry data from official data centers. It can do some processing and computation operations, but from what it seems you can't use it to calculate the water level. I suggest you contact the developers for further information.
