Siemens Med SPC will not load.

I'm trying to load the Siemens Med SPC database on a Windows XP SP3 machine. It seems to load OK. But when I start the application, it locks up at loading the SiemensMed.LinkOne.Plugin. Do you know how to sort this? It's happening on several machines in my department.
