What are the possible causes for Sage Pastel Evolution 6.80.45 not to be able to write default data?

When creating a database, sometimes Pastel Evolution could not write default data in the later part of the creation.

Usually these errors are related to database connectivity and permissions. If you're running a local database, you will need to check the connection settings and permissions. Please check all the configuration options relating to database connectivity. Then try to perform the same operations again. If the database is running from 3rd party software, make sure that the services are turned on and running.
