Time Cashier Attendance Management problems.

We have TC 500 set up on 24 hour clock. It is not registering all the clock ins and clock outs. How should the work time be set? Should both on duty 1 and on duty 2 be set for 24 hours (if attendance is not checked)?

Yes, you should set both for 24 hours. If you still have problems, try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. This should fix it. Also, I recommend you use the first two links from Google to configure the program properly.
