Problem with the software.

Question

Hi, I have the ANGEL TC500 for some time ago, but have never been able to use it. The device works fine, I am able to register a employee and it reads the fingerprint no problem, what I have never been able to do is get it to record the clock in and clock out hours on the software. I have ticked the "No shift, calculate attendance time only" in the SHIFT RULE set-up. I am using Windows 10.

I've checked the available information about this software and the only thing I could find are some videos that explain how to use the application and how to add and manage employees. I recommend you check the videos posted on YouTube and Video that can be accessed through the link posted below.
