Can't access Time Cashier attendance in Network.

I just configured a Fingerprint Employee Attendance TC500 and I can't access it in my network via TCP/IP. Can somebody help me?

The first thing to do is to check the configuration again, then on your computer go to Start > Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall and make sure it's turned off. You could also try pinging the device using Start > Run > CMD then simply type ping ***.***.***.*** where ***.***.***.*** is the IP of the device. If you can't reach it, configure the application again.
